以硫酸酸洗废液和废铁为原料，经反应、过滤、结晶、离心分离、洗涤、干燥等工序生产硫酸亚铁，生产工艺合理，杂质去除率高，无废液排放，可得到ＣＰ级和工业级产品，具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。

The production of ferrous sulfate from waste pickling liquor and scrap iron via the operation sequences of reaction, filtration, crystallization, centrifugation, washing and drying is presented in the paper. The process is rational and chemically and industrially pure products can be obtained, realizing good economic and environmental benifits and without dishcharge of waste liquor.
