冷却法净化焦油脱水尾气的研究

摘要 炭黑厂焦油脱水过程中产生的尾气(苯、甲苯等苯系物)用冷却法能有效冷凝其中大量有机物,且冷却水温度愈低冷却效果愈好,当水温降至5℃左右时,尾气中的有机物基本能全部冷凝除去。冷凝油相中除苯系物外还有萘,冷凝水相的BOD_5/COD_(Cr)比值大于0.5,具有很好的可生化性。 Benzene, toluene and other aromatic hydrocarbons have been detected in the exhaust gas from tar-dehydration unit. Most of them could be condensed effectively by water cooling. The lower the temperature of the water was, the better the cooling efficiency would be. When the cooling temperature was below 5℃, all of the organics in the exhaust gas could be condensed. Naphthalene was found in the condensed oil phase which contained aromatic hydrocarbons, the condensed water phase may be treated with biological treatment because the ratio of BOD5/CODCr was more than 0.5.
