摘要
柏威夏寺是柬埔寨吴哥王朝（公元802—1431）时期兴建的古寺。第二次世界大战后泰国与束埔寨围绕柏威夏古寺的归属问题一直有争论。1962年，海牙国际法庭裁决古寺属于柬埔寨。2008年柬埔寨向联合国教科文组织申请将该寺列为世界文化遗产，引发泰国的不满。两国几乎发生武装冲突。文章重点介绍了柏威夏寺争端的由来，并对目前形势的发展进行了分析。
Preah Vihear,built during Angkor Dynasty(802-1431),has been argued its ownership between Cambodia and Thailand since the Second World War,which,ever though in 1962,was adjudicated the ownership to Cambodia according to the International Court at Hague,aroused resents of Thailand and both countries were with swords drawn and bows bent since Cambodia applied to UNESCO for the lists of the world cultural heritage for the temple in 2008.This paper described the history of disputes for the ownership of Preah Vihear between Cambodia and Thailand,its updated situations,and analysed the impact of the affair.
