多元、平等与和谐:新加坡族群政策评析

A Study on Singapore's Ethnic Policy:Multiplicity,Equality and Harmony

本文采用历史文献比较的研究方法,对新加坡多元、平等与和谐的族群政策进行深入分析。分析结果认为,通过加强民主和法治,新加坡为每个社会群体提供平等的权利;通过国家干预,为每个社会成员提供平等的机会;通过打破不同族群间的隔阂,促进了族群融合;通过不断完善社会分配机制,使全体人民共享改革发展的成果;通过严格控制可能对族群、宗教关系产生负面影响的言论,维持族群和睦与社会发展。

By using the empirical study method,this article has made an analysis on Singapore's multiplex,equal and harmonious ethnic policy.The analysis suggests that Singapore made success in the following fields: provides equal rights for all its social members by strengthening democracy and constitutional government;sponsors equal chances for all its citizens through national interference;promotes ethnic harmony by obliterating ethnic impediments;offers all its people equal opportunity to share the achievement of reform and development by maturating its social distribution mechanism;maintains ethnic harmony and social development by controlling public remarks which may have negative impact on ethnic and religious relations.
