伞勤被服装具系列—伞兵防护头套的研制

The Research of Protective Helmet for Parachute Troops

本文着重研究伞勤被服装具系列中的伞兵防护头套。结合航空航天个体防护装备对纺织材料性能的要求以及目前伞兵的头部装备现状,分析比较了纯羊毛纱、腈纶纱、棉纱和各种羊毛混纺纱。经过探索研究,最终筛选出适合伞兵防护头套的纱线、组织结构、款式及迷彩印染方案。该防护头套的研制,填补了我国的军用个体防护装备中伞兵脸部防护方面的一个空缺。

The thesis focuses on the study of parachute protecting actor＇ s headgear which is under the jurisdiction of the series of apparel of paratrooper. Combining the spaceflight personal protection equipment which request on performance of the textile materials and current situation of the present paratrooper＇s head equipment, the thesis analyses and compared performance of the pure wool yarns, the polyacrylie yarns, the cotton yarns and the various kinds of wool blending yarns, and through exploring and researching on those mentioned above, the thesis finally screens the suitable parachute protecting actor＇s headgear＇ s structure and framework even its style and scheme of the fan prints and dye color. Researching on this kind of protecting actor＇s headgear fills the vacancy about the aspect of paratrooper facial protection in China military personal protection equipment.
