喷雾冷冻干燥技术及在药物微球制备中的应用举例 被引量:4

摘要 喷雾冷冻干燥技术是近来发展起来的新型低温干燥技术,本文综述了喷雾冷冻干燥新技术的工艺优化研究进展,分析了该技术发展现阶段的特点,并对喷雾冷冻干燥技术的应用前景进行了展望,最后给出了喷雾冷冻干燥技术在药物微球制备中的应用实例,希望为喷雾冷冻干燥技术的推广应用提供借鉴与帮助。 Spray freezing -drying is a new low temperature paper, the advantages and disadvantages, and the application freezing technology developed in recent years. In this prospects of the spray freeze - drying were analyzed. The research on technical optimization of spray freeze - drying technology was summarized. Finally, examples in micro - spheres preparation with spray freeze - drying were introduced. It is hoping that provide some help for the promotion and application of the spray freeze - drying technology.
