摘要
研究了翅片管式蒸发器在空调器长期运行中,由于间歇运行对于其换热和空气侧压降的影响。实验对象为一个铝翅片铜管换热器和一个铜管铜翅片换热器。实验表明,经过多次间歇运行后,蒸发器的换热系数明显下降,空气侧压降有所增大,铜翅片铜管换热器的长效换热特性强于铝翅片铜管换热器,两者的长效压降特性相当。
The effects of long - term intermittent operation on the air - side heat transter and pressure urop performance of finned coil type evaporators of air conditioners are investigated by experiments on an aluminum - fin evaporator and a copper - fin evaporator. The test results indicate that the air - side heat transfer coefficient decreases and the pressure drop increases after a long - term intermittent operation, and the influence of long - term intermittent operations on heat transfer coefficient of the aluminum - fin evaporator is larger than that of the copper - fin evaporator while the influence of the long term intermittent operation on the pressure drop of both type evaporators are identical.
