摘要
随着中国电子商务不断发展,商品退货问题日益凸显。加强和改善退货管理,将帮助在线商家吸引和稳定客源,提高在市场中的竞争力。文章建立在线商家利润最大化的模型,比较在线商家管理退货物流的不同模式,给出将退货物流外包的条件;再对含有退货政策的利润函数进行优化,结合企业实践经验,探讨退货比率等参数对退货政策的影响,为中国在线商家的退货管理提出建议。
As china's e-business develops, the issue of goods returns has come out obviously. Strengthening and improving returns management will help online retails attract their customers so as to improve competition power in the market. This paper develops a e-retail profit maximization model to compare different modes of managing returns logistics for online retails, putting forward conditions for outsourcing returns logistics. Through optimizing profit function involving returns policy and integrating corporate practices, this paper discusses the influence those parameters (e.g. returns rate) have on returns policy and also proposes suggestions for China's online retails.
