摘要
目前,我国大部分物流企业的物流服务管理水平不高,这将制约我国物流企业及整个产业的发展,抑制其在经济发展中发挥重要作用。如何提高物流服务管理水平成为物流企业急需解决的难题。基于平衡计分卡的战略思考,文章提出物流企业应该以客户为导向,提高物流服务质量;优化内部业务流程,实现企业信息化;提升员工素质,优化服务队伍,促进物流企业的快速发展。
At present, the logistics service management level is not high in the most of China's logistics enterprises, which would restrict the development of China's logistics enterprises and the entire industry, and restrain it to play an important role in economic development. It is an urgent problem for logistics enterprises to improve logistics service management. Based on the balanced score card strategic thinking, the paper suggest the logistics enterprises should be based on customeroriented, improve logistics services quality; optimize internal business processes, implement enterprise information-based; enhance staff quality, optimize the service team, to promote the rapid development of logistics enterprises.
