The Risk Prevention of Logistics Outsourcing in Industrial Enterprises

全球经济的一体化和消费者个性化需求的不断增加对工业企业应变市场的柔性提出了更高的要求。工业企业需把主要精力集中在核心业务上,与全球范围的企业建立战略合作关系,形成供应链管理模式将非核心的物流业务外包给其他专业的企业去做,形成所谓的"物流外包"。文章对工业企业物流外包的风险进行分析,并提出了工业企业物流外包风险的防范措施。

As the integration of the global economy and the increasing of the consumer＇s personalized demand, industrial enterprises must have strong adaptability. Industrial enterprises should concentrate on their core business, and set up strategic partnership with other enterprises in global area, thereby the supply-chain management pattern can be formed. Industrial enterprises outsource their subsidiary logistics to other professional enterprises, thus the logistics outsourcing is formed. In this paper, the risk of logistics outsourcing in industrial enterprises is analyzed, and the risk prevention measures of logistics outsoureing in industrial enterprises are provided.
