浅谈油气长输管道国内外线路踏勘

A Primary Study on the Route Reconnaissance of Oil and Gas Pipelines at Home and Abroad

对我国和哈萨克斯坦在油气长输管道线路踏勘各阶段(踏勘准备、实地踏勘、编写踏勘报告)的目标、任务、工作方式、工作重点、文件准备、人员构成、报批程序等进行了详细介绍。对双方在线路踏勘工作中的异同进行了分析、比较,并对建设项目可行性研究报告的编制工作提出了建议。

The objective,task,work mode,key points in work,document preparation,personnel composition,and approval procedures in the stages of route reconnaissance of oil and gas pipelines in China and Kazakstan were described in detail. The similarities and differences of the route reconnaissance between China and Kazakstan were analyzed and compared. Suggestions on writing the feasibility study report of construction project were put forward.
