摘要
对天然气处理(净化)厂生产能耗的评价方法进行了研究,通过对能耗设备、过程和影响因素的分析,提出基准能耗的概念和计算方法。提出的方法可以计算基准生产参数下的天然气处理(净化)厂的生产能耗,确定生产耗能的薄弱环节和节能潜力,并可以进行天然气处理(净化)厂生产用能水平的横向对比。
The evaluation method of energy consumption of the natural gas conditioning plant was introduced. By analyzing the energy consumptions of equipments and processes,and the influence factors here in,the concept of reference energy consumption and the calculation method were put forward. The method could calculate the energy consumption on the basis of basic parameters,identify the weak links in energy consumption and the energy saving potential,and could conduct the transverse comparison of energy consumptions between different plants.
