摘要
企业资源计划ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统是一套将企业人、财、物高度集成的应用软件系统。中国石油于2004年开始实施ERP系统,通过相对集中统一平台搭建,数据规范标准化和信息共享,提高工作效率;通过业务流程规范和集成,提升管理水平;通过系统各种审批,提高企业实时、动态监控能力;通过多种统计分析为领导决策提供支持,进而提升石油企业管控能力。
Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system,the application software system that highly integrated the people,finance,and material,was put into practice by PetroChina in 2004. The work efficiency was gradually improved through the establishment of comparatively centralized and unified platform,data standardization,and information sharing. The management level was enhanced through standardization and integration of work flow. The real-time and dynamic monitoring capacity was enhanced by using the system approval. The statistical analysis provided decision support for the leadership,thus to enhance management and control level of the petroleum enterprises.
