成人高等教育脱产学生管理工作探究

Suggestions Based on Practice of Fulltime Student Management in Higher Adult Education

成人高等教育是培养人才、实现社会和谐的一种重要途径。本文以党的十七大关于"社会和谐"的理论及罗尔斯关于公平正义社会的理论为根基,着眼当前社会现实,结合上海大学成人高等教育脱产学生管理工作的实践,论述了成人高等教育脱产学生管理工作的特殊性,认为高校应完善成人高等教育学生管理模式,树立"服务"理念,从而适应市场竞争需要,真正发挥其作为培养人才、构建和谐社会基地的作用。

Higher adult education is an important means of nurturing talents and realizing social harmony. Based on theory of ＂Social Harmony＂ by the 17th National Congress, and on the theory of justice by Rawls, this paper illustrates the specialty of fulhime student management in higher adult education by the practice in Shanghai UniverSity. It holds that the university should perfect the pattern of student management, build up concept of service so as to adjust to the demand of competition and fully play the role of nurturing talents and constructing harmonious society.
