Enrolling, teaching and performance evaluation are all confronted with unprecedented test, hence the strong awareness of the while crisis awareness of striving for survival and development in the crevice. With the spirit of seeking development in predicament and speculating in perplexity, the writer maintains that to turn crisis into opportunity and realize the scientific conception of development has become an imperative.
