摘要
开发援助是20世纪60年代美国对韩政策的核心内容,也是韩国经济起飞的关键性因素。本文从美国的物质援助、政策指导及"间接援助"三个方面探讨美国开发援助政策的实施对韩国经济起飞的关键性推动作用。
The development assistance is the core of U. S. policy towards ROK and the key factor of the taking - off of ROK economy. From three aspects, American financial assistance, the policy guidance and indirect assistance, this paper probes into the role of American policy on Korean economy.
