To emphasize the development of local cultural resources, and to concern about the development and the utilization of the local curriculum resources, is the main direction of the recent curriculum development in our country, also the important contents that the primary and secondary school teachers teaching art curriculum should pay attention to. The uniqueness and stability of the local cultural resources are the indispensable cultural and educational resources in the art education, which is worth being developed and utilized. The research of the integration of the local cultural resources and art education in school not only provides the practical proof for the fundamental education study, but enriches the content of local fundamental educational research.
