摘要
本研究以问卷调查的方式从注册、学习材料配置、学习支持服务、考试与颁证等几方面搜集远程高等教育优质服务的相关信息,目的在于进一步完善支持服务,提高学生满意度,解决学生投诉问题,进而提高远程教育质量。
This study has collected relevant information about favorable learning support service in higher distance education, ranging from enrollment, learning material, learning support service, to examination and certificate in form of questionnaire. Its purpose is to improve the quality of distance education by means of perfecting support service, increasing the students' satisfaction and solving the students' complaints.
