天津广播电视大学毕业生社会适应性调查与研究

Research on Social Adaptability Survey of Graduates of Tainjin Radio & TV University

本文通过问卷的方式,调查毕业生对天津广播电视电学"人才培养模式"的评价、对工作环境的评价、对自身社会适应性的总体评价以及用人单位对毕业生的评价,研究电大毕业生社会适应性的现状,总结天津广播电视大学在人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出提高电大毕业生社会适应性的建议。

Through the survey, the paper studies four aspects including the graduates＇ evaluation on the personnel training mode of the Radio ＆ TV University, graduates＇ evaluation on the work environment, graduates＇ evaluation on social adaptability of their own, and evaluation on graduates from their employers. Then it sums up the problems that the university existed. Finally it puts forward relevant recommendations on how to improve the social adaptability of graduates of Tianjin Radio ＆ TV University.
