Contents of Cu,Zn and Fe in Vitamins with Minerals Tablets Determined by Potentiomtic Stripping Analysis

摘要 目的测定多维元素片中锌、铜、铁含量.方法样品经微波消解,用微分电位溶出法测定.结果与结论在pH2.5HCl底液中测定Cu,浓度范围在0.25-200μg/L,r=0.9991,平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.7%;在0.05mol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾(pH4.0)+4.3×10^-4mol/L CdY溶液中测定Fe和Zn.本法对Zn,浓度范围在0.16-75μg/L,r=0.9977,平均回收率为104.1%,RSD为2.7%;对Fe,浓度范围为2~7μg/L,r=0.9977,平均回收率为105.5%,RSD为1.8%. Objective To determine the contents of Copper, Zinc and Iron in vitamins with minerals tablet. Method The sample was digested by microwave and determined with differential potentiomtic stripping analysis. Results and Conclusion Cu was determined in pH 2.5 HCl solution, the concentration range is 0.25 -200 μg/L,r =0. 999 1 ,the average recovery rate is 97.3%, RSD is 1.7% ;Fe and Zn were determined in solution of 0.05 mol/L potassium hydrogen phthalate ( pH 4. 0) + 4.3 × 10^-4 mol/L CdY. Zn was determined when the concentration range is 0.16 - 75 μg/L, r = 0. 997 7, the average recovery rate is 104. 1%, RSD is 2.7% ;Fe was determined when the concentration range is 2 -7 μg/L,r =0. 997 7,the average recovery rate is 105.5% ,RSD is 1.8%.
