摘要
停车诱导小区划分的合理与否将直接影响停车诱导系统效率的发挥.在确定诱导小区划分原则的基础上,以各诱导小区内的泊位供需总差额最小和诱导小区内拥挤路段和非拥挤路段的非均衡性最小为目标,考虑诱导小区内停车信息量的多少、小区的大小等因素,构建了多目标的诱导小区划分优化模型.利用模拟退火的启发式算法和小生境技术进行求解。
Whether dividing guidance zones is reasonable or not will directly affect the efficiency of parking guidance information system. On the base of the principle of dividing guidance zones, taking into account the quantity of objective o parking ptimal information in guidance zones and the size of guidance zones and so on, constructing muhi- models of dividing guidance zones which targets are the minimum of total parking spaces difference between supply in guidance zones and the minimum of total non-equilibrium between crowded streets and non-crowded streets in guidance zones. Then introducing a simple example, and solving it with the simulated annealing heuristics algorithm and niche technology.
