木质素胺负载钯催化剂的制备及其对Heck反应的催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用较温和的Mannich反应制得了多乙烯多胺/甲醛修饰的3种木质素胺(木质素-二乙烯三胺、木质素-三乙烯四胺和木质素-四乙烯五胺),并以其为载体通过简单的方法制得了木质素胺负载钯催化剂;用热重-差热分析、X射线光电子能谱对3种催化剂进行了表征,并考察了它们对丙烯酸与芳基卤的Heck反应的催化性能。实验结果表明,在80~130℃下,3种催化剂均能很好地催化丙烯酸与芳基卤的Heck反应,其中木质素-四乙烯五胺负载钯催化剂在氮气氛中(120℃,12h)催化丙烯酸与溴苯的反应,反式肉桂酸的收率高达94.5%,显示出较高的催化活性;3种催化剂均具有较好的重复使用性能。 Three lignin-amine derivatives, including lignin-diethylenetriamine, lignin-triethylentetrarnine and lignin-tetraethylenepentamine, were readily synthesized from polyethylene-polyamine and formaldehyde by Mannich reaction and were used as supports to prepare supported palladium catalysts for Heck reaction of acrylic acid and aryl halides. The catalysts were characterized by TG-DTA and XPS. The Heck reaction could be efficiently catalyzed by all three catalysts at 80 - 130 ℃ in N2 atmosphere. In particular, a high yield of 94. 5% of trans-cinnamic acid was obtained by Heck reaction of acrylic acid with bromobenzene catalyzed by lignin-tetraethylenepentamine supported palladium catalyst when reaction temperature at 120 ℃ and reaction time 12 h in N2 atmosphere. The catalysts could be easily separated and recycled.
