摘要
旨在对偏瘫患者康复中,功能性电刺激对下肢功能恢复的原理、作用及研究方向进行讨论,发现其在偏瘫康复中对下肢肢体功能尤其是步行功能改善,起到重要作用,并根据研究现状,提出动态功能性电刺激概念。
In this article, we tried to talk about the principle, role and research directions about functional electrical stimulation in the recovery of lower extremity. We found that it plays an important role in lower extremity limb function recovery especially for the Walking ability. According to research the status quo, we propose the concept of dynamic functional electrical stimulation.
