摘要
随着体育市场化脚步越来越快,体育市场化已经是体育发展的方向,而在体育的市场化过程中体育经纪人扮演着越来越重要的角色,体育经纪人的作用也引起了世界各国的运动员和教练员的重视和关注。随着我国体育改革的不断深入和发展,体育经纪人对体育市场化的推动作用也日益被大家所共识,运用文献资料法和姚之队的案例分析法对我国体育经纪人的现状进行探讨,并提出建议希望能够对我国的体育经纪人的发展有所帮助。
With the increasing development of commercialization of sports worldwide, commercialization of sports has become inevitable and sports agents have been playing a more and more important role in the process of sports commercialization, which has attracted the attention of athletes and coaches all over the world. With the increasing development of sports reform in China, more and more importance has been attached to the sports agents' promotion of sports commercialization. With document methods and "Team Yao" as an example, this paper explores the present condition of China's sports agents and provides suggestions for the development of China's sports agents.
