颈部肿块268例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 268 Cases with Tumors of the Neck

目的探讨颈部肿块的临床特点。方法对1987年到2008年间收治的268例颈部肿块患者进行回顾性分析,研究其临床特点、鉴别诊断以及治疗方案。结果268例颈部肿块患者中,炎性肿块98例,良性肿瘤144例,恶性肿瘤26例。结论颈部肿块临床病理特点各异,诊断与鉴别诊断困难,要根据肿块的病因给予相应的治疗。

Objective To study the clinical analysis with tumors of the neck. Methods 268 cases with tumor of the neck were investigated, including clinical features, diagnosis and therapy, between January 1987 and December 2008. Results 98 cases were inflammation tunaors, 144 cases were benign tumors, 26 cases were malignant tumors. Conclusions The clinical appearances of tumors of the neck were varied. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis were difficult. The adequate therapy should depend on the pathogeny of the tumors.
