摘要
以厦门某冷库制冷系统为研究对象,基于制冷系统运行记录,结合室外空气湿球温度分布,分析比较了制冷系统在变冷凝工况和定冷凝工况模式下的运行能耗,得到了采用变冷凝工况运行冬季可节电18%,春秋季可节电6%的结论。研究结果对冷库制冷系统节能有一定的指导意义。
This paper studied the refrigeration system of a cold storage in Xiamen. Based on the operation records of the system and combined with outdoor air wet-bulb temperature distribution, the operation energy consumption of the system under variable and constant condensing modes was analyzed and compared. Results show that the energy savings for variable condensing conditions can be 18% in winter and 6% in spring and autumn season. The results of this study can be used as guidance for energy saving of cold storage refrigeration systems.
