摘要
在节能减排中,积极选用节能新产品替代原高耗能设备。罗茨真空机组可以通过选择性地启闭2台串联真空泵的电动机,自由控制系统真空度的大小。简要介绍了罗茨真空机组运行时的节电原理,并将其与SZ单级水环式真空泵进行了经济效益比较,公司采用罗茨真空机组全年可节约用电43万kWh。
In order to reduce energy consumption, the company positively selected new energy saving products altemative to the original high energy＂ consuming equipment. Roots vacuum units call be selectively connected in series two vacuum hoist motors, freedom control the size of the vacuum system. This paper introduces the Roots vacuum units＇ power saving principle and compares it with single level SZ water circulation vacuum pump for a cost-effective analysis to conserve annually electricity consumptions 430, 000 kwh for the company.
