摘要
江苏吴江地区铸造业由于产品质量不稳定、废气排放量大、污染严重等原因严重影响了该产业的可持续发展。由焦炉改用电炉,可以提升产品档次,提高工作效率,改善作业环境,实现节能增效的目标。通过案例分析和潜力调查,实施"以电代煤"改造工程,推广节能减排应用成果,可以使产业布局更为合理,能源消费结构更为优化。
The eontinuable development of the foundry industry in Wujiang region is limited by the unsteady product quality, the great capacity emissions of waste gas and serious environmental pollution. Changing from burnt stove to electric stove can upgrade product quality, promote efficiency, improve work environment, and realize the goal of energy conservation with benefits increase. Through case analysis and potential investigation, the implementation of "electricity replacing coal" rebuilding engineering generalizes application result of energy conservation and emissions reduction. All this can make foundry industry layout reasonable, energy consumption structure optimized.
