股权激励是一种有效的激发人力资源积极性和创造性的管理方式,本文从介绍股权激励的基本特征着手,建议由总体到局部,从微观和宏观两个层面提出提升上市公司股权激励机制有效性的途径设想。
The stock option is one way to improve the enthusiasm and of human resources, the article introduces the fundamental characteristic and brings the way to improve the validity of stock options in listed companies.
