摘要
目的为天津机场口岸的媒介生物防治、传染病监测及创建国际卫生机场提供科学依据。方法于2006年5月~2008年4月对天津机场界内的鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊等媒介生物进行了全年监测。结果本次调查中发现鼠类2目2科3属3种,年平均鼠密度0.26%,优势种为小家鼠;蚊类2属5种,优势种为淡色库蚊;全年高峰期为7、8月份;蝇类4科17亚科14属20种;蜚蠊类1属1种,为德国小蠊。结论通过本次调查,摸清了天津机场口岸媒介生物的种群构成和季节消长情况,将根据调查结果有针对性地开展媒介生物的杀灭工作,以有效的防止传染病的传入传出。
Objective To provide references for controlling of vectors , surveillance of infectious diseases and establishing sanitary international airport. Methods From May 2006 to April 2008, an investigation was carry out at Tianjin airport on four species of vectors, including mosquito, rat, fly and cockroach. Results The rats were classified into 2 orders, 2 families, 3 genera, 4 species , the annual everage density of rat was 0.26%, Mus Musculus Linnaeus is superior species; the mosquitos were classified into 2 genera, 5species, most of them were Culex Pipiens pallens . The high density period was from July'to August. The flies were identified as 4 orders, 17 subfamilies, 14 genera, 20 species; all cockroachs were identified as Blattella germanica Linnaeus ; Conclusion The seasonal fluctuation and species composition of vectors at Tianjin airport were clearly understood, sanitary procedures will be carried out to avoid the import and export of infectious diseases.
