Nutritional status,knowledge,attitude and practice about nutrition among sophomores in a vocation school

摘要 目的了解高职新生的营养状况、营养态度和膳食行为,为开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法自编调查问卷对某高职学院554名新生的一般状况、营养知识、饮食态度与行为进行班级整群抽样调查,根据世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的身高标准体重值和Broca改良公式评价学生的营养状况。结果学生营养不良率、超重和肥胖分别占47.0%(261/554)、5.0%(28/554)和2.0%(11/554);营养知识回答正确率最高的为67.1%(372/554),最低的为25.6%(142/554);46.9%(260/554)的学生选择食物时考虑食物的口感和个人的偏爱与习惯,对营养知识感兴趣占70.7%(392/554)。结论职高新生营养不良比例高,超重和肥胖同时存在,营养知识缺乏,饮食习惯不良,但有较好的接受健康知识的态度,在新生中开展营养健康知识教育很有必要性。 Objective To evaluate the nutritional status, and to assess knowledge about, attitudes towards, and practice on nutrition among sophomores in a vocation school in Beihai, Guangxi Autonomous Region, China. Methods Knowledge about, attitude towards, and practice on nutrition were investigated among 554 newly admitted students, and their nutritional status was evaluated according to the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended standards of weight - for - height and the Broca improvement formula. Results Students with malnutrition, over - weight and obese accounted for 47. 0 %, 2. 4 %, and 3.6 %, respectively, among all the students surveyed. As high as 74 % of students lack basic knowledge on nutrition, although more than 70% of the students reported having interest in nutrition. Condusion Malnutrition is common among the students, and nutrition intervention and education are warranted in the school.
