摘要
采用湿法消化溶解样品,用原子吸收光谱法测定野生葎草叶中的Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu等元素的含量,该法的平均相关系数为0.99732;测定样品的相对标准偏差从0.3601%~0.8514%;样品的回收率在96.30%~105.88%之间,表明该法准确、可靠,测定结果为更好地开发野生葎草资源提供了参考依据.
Wild Japanese hop leaves were digested by HNO3-HClO4. The trace Zn,Mn,Fe and Cu in wild Japanese hop leaves were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS). The way of FAAS's correlative coefficient is 0.997 32;The relative standard deviation of examinated sample was range from 0.360 1% to 0.851 4 %.The recovery of specimen was range from 96.30 % to 105.88 %. The results will offer some useful data for developing the wild Japanese hop resource.
