日本民间团体大多成立于二次世界大战结束之后,一部分是在中日邦交正常化前后。其会员或因历史上的军事冲突,或因和平时期的文化交流而结缘于中国。通过对日本民间团体之一"大连会"成立背景的历史考察,客观思考承载"满铁"历史的"大连会",如何以积极的行为超越历史的重负。尤其是中日邦交正常化后,"大连会"的许多成员以团体或个人形式在大连地区的教育界、经济领域展开了各种形式的援助活动,为沟通中日两国人民之间的相互理解与友好贡献了力量。

Most of the Japanese non - governmental organizations were established after World War Ⅱ, and some were founded around the normalization of Sino - Japanese diplomatic relations. Members of these organizations get connected to China either because of military conflicts in history or cultural exchanges in the peacetime. This article reviews the history and the background of Dalian Association, one of the Japanese non - governmental organizations, with an attempt to reflect objectively on the Association that bears the history of ＂Manchurian Railway＂ and to see how it shakes off the historical burden by taking positive actions. After the normalization of China - Japan diplomatic ties, many Dalian members in organization or personal attended a lot of supporting activities in education or in economic , that attributed to understanding and friendly between China and Japanese people.
