高校财务人员职业胜任能力体系构建探析

On the Construction of Occupational Competence System for Finance Personnel in Universities

保持和提高高校财务人员的职业胜任能力是充分发挥财务工作者在学校整个工作中的重要作用的关键。本文从业务知识、业务技能、职业道德和实务经验四个方面提出如何构建和完善高校财务人员职业胜任能力体系,为财务人员的发展提供了一套完整、科学的培养指南,以适应社会主义市场经济条件下高校不断发展的需要。

The work of finance personnel is of significance in the operation of a university, and how well their roles have been played depends largely on their own occupational competence. This paper tries to discuss about the construction of their occupational competence from the following four aspects as their development of occupational knowledge, of working skills, of professional ethics, and of financial management experience, aiming at offering a systematical and scientific guidance in training and developing their occupational competence to meet the needs brought up by the constant develovment of universities under the background of socialist market economy.
