摘要
在国际范围内制定相应的规则,建立理性的价值评价体系的前提下,确定了国际劳工权益保护应包括劳工享有结社自由和集体谈判的权利、废除强迫劳动、废除童工劳动、同工同酬以及消除就业歧视等内容,同时详细阐述了国际劳工权益保护体现了公正、秩序、自由、平等、效益等价值,具有重要的意义。
This paper holds that the labor rights should be protected in accordance with worldwide corresponding rules under the premise of an established rational evaluation system. And such protection should include the workers'freedom of association and collective bargaining rights, the abolition of forced labor, abolition of child labor, equal pay for equal work, as well as elimination of employment discrimination, etc. , which is of significance in maintaining such values as justice, order, freedom, equality, effectiveness, and so on.
