摘要
教学质量是学校的生命,关系着学校的生存和教育的发展。目前从国家到各高校都十分重视教学质量的评估和考核,如何根据高校的特点对高校教师的教学效果进行科学、合理、准确地评估是非常值得探讨的问题。本文通过对高校现行评估模式存在的问题的研究,并结合柯克帕特里克的培训效果评估模型的理论,探讨高校的教学效果评估设计的新思路和新方法。
The teaching quality is the life of a university, which is considered to be related to the survival and development of the university. Thus, great importance has been placed to the evaluation of teaching quality, from the state administrative organs to universities themselves. It is of significance to have a probe into the establishment of a scientific, reasonable and precise evaluation system to evaluate the teaching effects of the university teachers. Based on the evaluation module of training set up by Donald L. Kirkpatrick ( 1937 - ), this paper has discussed a-bout the problems existed in the present evaluation system, hoping that a new way will be found out to improve the evaluation of teaching quality in universities.
