摘要
利用PCR-RFLP技术对30只草地藏系绵羊的cyp19基因第9内含子和启动子2进行多态性分析,结果表明:对第9内含子-547-773这一区域扩增获得的目标片段,经限制性内切酶HaeIII酶切后出现两种基因型:CC和CG,基因型频率分别为0.533、0.467,处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态;而对启动子2序列-683-1199这一区域扩增所获的目标片段,经限制性内切酶DraI酶切后未出现多态。
PCR - RFLP was employed to analyze the polymorphism of eypl9 gene intron 9 and promoter 2 for Tibetan Sheep. The result showed that intron 9 gene -547 -773 segment digested with HaelII demonstrated polymorphism , and it was at Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium. Promoter 2 gene -683 - 1199 segment digested with DraI didnt demonstrated polymorphism.
