摘要
江苏油田90%以上的井为定向井。随着油田的不断开发,井筒流体日益复杂,目前抽油泵的平均泵效为51.8%,其中泵效低于30%的井有310口,占总井数的22.6%。针对江苏油田抽油泵泵效现状,通过对泵充满程度、冲程损失以及漏失三方面影响因素进行分析,结合油井生产状况,分析造成油井抽油泵泵效偏低的主要原因。同时对890口井现场数据进行统计分析,利用理论计算模型,计算了泵充满系数、冲程损失以及漏失量值。计算结果表明,气体对泵充满系数的影响最大,柱塞与衬套间隙以及固定阀尔漏失次之,再次为抽油杆弹性伸缩引起的冲程损失。
In Jiangsu Oilfield, more than 90% wells are directional. With the development of oilfield, the fluid in well is becoming more and more complex. At present,the average oil pump efficiency is 51.8% ,and about 310 wells' are less than 30% ,which account for 22. 6% of the total. The primary causes which make the oil pump efficiency low were analysed from the influences of pump filling degree, stroke loss and dropout. Based on the statistic data of 890 wells on site, and by use of the theory model, the values of pump filling coefficient, stroke loss and dropout were calculated, which is shown that gas has the biggest influence on the pump filling coefficient, the slot between plunger and bushing and fixed valve dropout second, and the stroke loss caused by sucker rods' elastic telescoping last.
