小切口腋下皮肤搔刮法治疗腋臭的疗效观察

SCORAPING BY TINY INCISION ON AXILLARY FOSSA TO CURE BROMHIDROSIS

目的探讨采用腋毛区皮下搔刮及修剪的方法治疗腋臭的疗效。方法2006年1月～2008年1月,采取沿皮纹方向1cm的小切口行腋下皮肤搔刮及修剪的方法治疗腋臭206例,手术后妥善加压包扎固定。结果本组病人96%达到好,4%为一般,差为0,有6例患者术后皮下积血,4例切口感染,经相关处理后均能愈合。结论采取皮纹方向小切口行腋毛区皮下搔刮及修剪方法治疗腋臭,手术操作简单,效果完美,值得推广。

Objective To approach curative effect of the method by scoraping and pruning subcutaneoulily on axillary fossa.Methods From Janury 2006 to Janury 2008,206 patients suffering bromhidrosis by scoraping and pruning subcutaneoulily on axillary fossa with tiny incision which was 1cm along cleavage lines,fixed the skin by pressure dressing properly post-operation.Results 96% of the patients were finely improved,4% were general improved,none had bad result.Six of them had subcutaneouly hematocele post-operation,4 of them suffered infection of incisional wound.They all healed after treatment.Conclusion The operative procedure of scoraping and pruning subcutaneoulily on axillary fossa with tiny incision along cleavage lines was simple,the effect was nearly perfect,so it was worth spreading.
