电厂化学水处理变频调速系统的设计

摘要 发电厂的辅机设备风机、水泵每年要消耗大量的电能,如能采用变频调速装置取代低效的液力耦合器或定速系统,则可以节能并且获得较大的经济效益。本文主要针对在河北某电厂进行的变频控制系统设计项目,阐述了在化学水处理中基于PLC的变频控制系统设计方案与投运情况。 Auxiliary equipment in power plant, such as blowers and pumps, consumes large amount of electrical energy, but it can be improved a lot in terms of energy saving and economic benefits if low efficiency hydraulic fluid coupling or constant speed system can be replaced by frequency controlled drive system. According to the frequency conversion control engineering did in,a power plant of Hebei, the article illustrates the frequency conversion control project based on PLC for chemistry water processing and the running effect.
