摘要
随着电力事业的迅速发展、节能工作的深入开展,吹灰对电厂锅炉降低能耗、减少积灰结垢的作用引起越来越多的重视。本文介绍了DCS控制吹灰系统在超临界机组中的应用,并比较了DCS控制与常规方法PLC控制吹灰系统的优缺点,供有关人员在系统设计及技术改造时参考。
Along with the rapid development of the electric industry and in-depth development of energy-saving work, the function of soot blowing in reducing energy consumption and fouling scaling of the power boiler has been caused more and more attention. This article introduces the application of DCS control soot blowing system in supercritical units as well as the advantages and disadvantages between DCS control and PLC control, for the concerned personnel when system design and technological transformations of reference.
