摘要
本文介绍了以12电极电容传感器为基础的层析成像方法,着重研究了用FEM进行敏感场和电极对电容的计算机仿真,给出了电极对电容的数字解表示式,讨论了负敏感场的处理方法。
This paper describes a tomographic method which is based on 12electrode capacitance transducers.And it discusses the application of finite element method in capacitance tomography.Finite element splitting method of pipe crossarea is studied and digital solution equation of capacitance of the electrode pair given.Computer simulization of capacitance of the electrode pair is implemented on SGI work station. At last the processing methods of negative sensitivity and analyzes the relation between sensitivity distributions and reconstruction images is discussed.
