摘要
分析了立式加工中心电主轴的主要发热源,对轴承的摩擦发热进行了分析计算。在此基础上利用ANSYS建立了电主轴稳态温度场有限元模型并进行了分析计算。对电主轴中关键部位的温度场分布进行了分析,最后提出了改进电主轴温度场的主要措施。
The main heat generation developed from the vertical machining center's motorized spindle is analyzed and the bearing friction heat is calculated. On the basis, the finite element analysis model of the motorized spindle' s stable temperature field is built and calculated by using ANSYS software. The key position's temperature field scatter grams in the motorized spindle are analyzed. Then, the main measures to improve temperature field of the motorized spindle are brought forward.
