阐述了网络教学(Web-Based Instruction)是利用互联网的功能特性和资源建立有意义的学习环境,以促进和支持学生的学习活动的新模式。校园学习系统包括两大模块:"管理员模块"主要实现系统的所有数据处理功能,比如增删学员、教员;"人员信息管理模块"分为学员信息管理模块与教员信息管理模块,其中教员信息管理模块除了包含"学员信息管理模块"的所有功能外,通过向管理员申请,还有上传资料并修改此资料信息、发表系统公告信息、编排试卷的权限。

This paper describes that Web-Based Instruction is a new learning mode. It makes use of the features and resources of the Internet to establish a meaningful learning environment, in order to promote and support the students to study. Campus learning system includes two modules： ＂Administrator Module＂ and ＂Personnel Information Management Module＂. The former mainly achieves all the data processing functions of the system, such as adding or deleting trainees and instructors; the latter is divided into trainees information management module and instructors information management module. Besides containing all the functions of trainees information management module, instructors information management module has the right of uploading information and editing this information, publishing system notice, scheduling examination papers, through applying to the administrator.
