简要介绍了美国Ameritherm热技术公司SP-3.0型感应加热设备原理、构成和电气规格,对高频单元出现故障代码109、故障代码04、高频电源不按曲线加热、加热过烧、自动不加热、手动却正常等常见故障原因进行了分析,提出了故障的处理方法。
this text introduced the principium.strueture and electric specifications regarding SP-3 type American Ameritherm induction heating equipment, proceeded the analysis to the trouble that the error code is 109 and 04 displayed on the power supply unit,and the trouble that the heating units cann＇ t heat pin according the heating curve, and that the heating temperature is over, and that the heating units cann＇ t heat pin automatically, but manual heating is normal, provided the method of troubleshooting.
