摘要
在社会工作教育发展二十多年后,社会工作岗位开始得到体制认同,并大力推动时期,如何定位社会工作人才培养目标,如何挖掘、动员、整合各种资源,成为社工界关注的焦点。本文以中山大学05社会工作硕士(MSW)培养模式为例,分析其培养目标定位,以及所面临的资源短缺的处境,并讨论其资源挖掘、动员及整合的方式,以期吸收经验,推动社会工作教育发展。
Since social work education has been developed for over 20 years, the governmental system has gradually admitted the function of social work. It looks easier for social workers to get jobs than before. So, what is the object of social work education? How to look for all kinds of resources to educate qualified social workers? How to mobilize and integrate those of resources? This paper studies the training model of the master candidates of social work enrolled in 2005, in Sun Yat-sen University. The authors discuss the object of social work training, the strategies of resources mobilization and integration in the context of resources shortage.
