摘要
目前,中国企业的人力资源管理已经步入变革与融合时期,人力资源管理的时间分配呈现更加复杂的趋势。本文选择沿海某全国中心城市独资企业A,以案例研究范式为基础,兼顾内容分析的优势,采用非介入性研究的方法对其人力资源管理团队,包括一位人力资源经理,两位人力资源专员,两位人力资源助理这五位人员为期8周共40个工作日的时间分配进行统计。在此基础上进行内容分析与挖掘,来对比分析不同职位人力资源工作者的时间分配,并提出相关的对策和建议。
Chinese enterprises have reached the period of changing and combining at present and HRM has become more difficult. The paper chooses one foreign enterprise in a countrywide center city from east China for forty working days during eight weeks. Based on the pattern of case study and the advantages of Content Analysis, we use Non Reactive Research to do analysis and data statistics on its HRM team, including one HR Manager, two HR assistant directors and two HR assistants. Then, we explore deeply on them to show the time assignments during different HR positions and give some suggestions.
