摘要
一种新型γ射线防护用橡胶制品填充料由PbWO4和WO3复合制成,其组成为:WO3:PbWO4=40-60:60~40(质量分数);制备方法:在分散剂、助剂存在下,由Na2WO4溶液与Pb(Ac)2溶液在快速搅拌下沉淀反应得到PbW04沉淀,然后将此PbW04沉淀加入到磨细的WO3浆体中,再研磨1~2h即成。该填充料与硫化橡胶乳液形成的分散系稳定性很好,制成的橡胶制品(手套)对59.5KeV的了射线的屏蔽率可迭15%~18%,抗拉强度达7.8~9.1MPa,断裂伸长率迭700~1000%;对产品中的Pb作迁移性检测,证明是符合安全卫生要求的。
A king of new filler of rubber products for shielding T-ray radiation was composed of PbWO4 and WO3 powders, in which the mass ratio of WO3 to PbWO4 in the composite powders was 40-60:60-40. The method for preparing this special filler was as following: PbWO4 powders was firstly prepared by co-deposition using NazWO4 and Pb(Ac)2 solution with the same volume assisted by the surfactant and co-surfaetant; the as-prepared PbWO4 powders was added into the slurry which was consisted of milled WO3 and distilled water and then grinded 1 - 2 hours to form PbWO4-WO3 composite powders. The stability of the system which was composed of filler (PbWO4-WO3 composite powders) and vulcanized rubber latex was very well. The shielding ratio to 59. 5KeV ),-ray, tensile strength and tearing stretch-rate of the rubber products made from special fillers were 15-18%, 7. 8-9.1 MPa and 700-1000%, respectively. Moreover, the result of Pb2+ mobility in the rubber prod- ucts showed their safety and sanitary.
