低粘度环氧树脂固化剂的合成和性能研究

摘要 按照不同配比合成两种低粘度环氧树脂固化剂802、804,再分别与市售环氧固化剂5505配制成两种不同的混合固化剂806、901。分别与环氧树脂制备成环氧树脂固化物,测试其力学性能和硬度。讨论了不同的固化剂对树脂固化物力学性能的影响。并讨论了固化剂用量对固化物力学性能的影响,得出最佳固化剂用量。 Two different curing agents (XCT-802 and 804) with low viscosity for epoxy resin was synthesized by changing mole ratios of reactants. The mixed curing agents (XCT-806, 901) were obtained when the resulting curing agents (XCT-802 and 804) were added in a commercial curing agent (5505) respectively. Four different cured resins were obtained by mixing the curing agents (XCT-802, 804) and mixed curing agents (XCT-806, 901) with epoxy resin respectively. The mechanical properties and Barcol hardness of these cured resins were measured and the effects of different curing agents and their addition quantity on mechanical properties were also discussed. The best content of curing agent was found in the resulting cured resins.
