摘要
对齿轮锻模进行了热处理工艺改进后,提高了锻模的硬度和综合机械性能,解决了5CrNiMo钢齿轮热锻摸,出现塌边、凹坑或型腔塑性变形、甚至裂纹的问题。
After improving the heat treatment process of gear forging die, the hardness and synthetic mechanical properties have been improved ,the problem of pitting, plastic distortion and crack have been solved.
